This is my first official guest post.
It is an excellent article by my friend Carl E. Scott, shared with his permission from his Substack Dissident Conservative, on the important topic of the suppression of widespread COVID vax harm and death: “Suppression’s Triumph, Part I: Its Victory over Genuine Conservatism.” I commend it to your attention.

Suppression’s Triumph, Part I
Its Victory over Genuine Conservatism
Feb 13, 2026
Take from me the way of lying...
Psalm 119: 29
Suppression is the refusal by an editor, journalist, pundit, or politician, to publish or discuss content relating to a story of major public import, in conformity with the refusals of a wide swathe of other such leaders, with the intention to keep the citizenry from knowing about said issue, or feeling they may demand action on it. Since suppression operates by means of voluntary inactions, and often occurs without any request from government officials, it is not forbidden by provisions like America’s First Amendment; nonetheless, in every instance it is a betrayal of the democratic duty to serve the citizenry with open public discussion.
Yours Truly, in various pieces, but especially “ABCs of Suppression”
USA Full Covid-19 Mortality Accountability – 1,475,100 Manmade US Deaths. The chart below shows the total impact of our poor decision making as a society, in terms of total mortality, and compares that mortality to the various wars and conflicts our nation has suffered. Of key note inside this death tally are the 836,020 deaths inside the Vaccine/Sudden/Long Covid tally. 95% of this metric resulted from the impact of the mRNA vaccine itself, with the remaining 5% attributable to possibly Long Covid.
The Ethical Skeptic, “The State of Thing Pandemic” September 2025. Note that the global estimate is likely 12 to 15 times the U.S. number.
A time comes when it is necessary to take stock.
The Suppressors of the Widespread Covidvax Harms Story have won, and we who sought to oppose them, have lost.
Maybe not the whole war, but the whole first two-thirds. At least.
2025 has passed, a full year of Trump in power, a year which we hoped would be one of turning back to the truth. We expected next to nothing, of course, from the progressivist suppressors, but we did have certain hopes for the conservative ones.
But there has been no repentance or change.
And so I say we now know it: official conservatism is committed to long-term mendacity on this major topic.

In 2024, I posited the possibility that many conservative suppressors might prove to be “Temporary Tactical Suppressors,” that is, leaders who would, once Trump was firmly established in office, begin to steer their media platforms to some coverage of the story, or, if they were politicians, who would begin mentioning it.
I did this for the sake of persuasion, and for preparing the ground for reconciliation.
For the sake of holding out hope.
More darkly, I did so for the sake of warning leaders that their final chance to untangle themselves from the conspiracy to suppress was fast approaching.
But as far as I have been able to determine, no conservative leader, not one politician (national-level), pundit, or media player, changed their ways in 2025.
None of them looked to the stance of Senator Ron Johnson, who has been talking about the widespread deaths and injuries since late 2021, at times being banned from youtube for doing so, and told themselves “That is the way, and we now know he’s been vindicated by the facts. It’s my duty to stand by him.”
Rather, they all looked away.
They all said by their actions, “I agree to keep shoring up the suppression of this story, and to do so indefinitely.”
We can suppose their rationale, though by the nature of the case they can never state it out loud, would be “I do so for the sake of conservative tactical advantage, and for the sake of upholding our movement’s trust in certain key leaders and institutions.”
If you do not yet grasp how soul-corrupting the stance of the Indefinite Suppressor really is, and especially whenever adopted by a “conservative” leader, or worse, by a “Bible-believing conservative” one, read what I wrote here:
Now again, if the leaders of the right, even within this more-secure-from-persecution window that is Trump’s second presidency, have proven themselves committed to Indefinite Suppression, it goes without saying that those of the left have done so even more emphatically.
So no-one with serious power and reach will stand for the truth.
Several million, perhaps as many as ten million, killed by the U.S.-led deep-state operations, pharma corporations, and administrative agencies? And that’s on top of those killed by the Frankenvirus itself and the deadly hospital protocols for the “treatment” of it?
You want to know about that, citizen?
To put it differently, you want established outlets and trusted pundits to comment on videos like this one?
(I make no comment here on the degree of this video’s overall trustworthiness, as I had never heard of this guy previously, other than to say its main claims on the novel clots fit with what several substacks, Clotastrophe especially, have been documenting for years. My point in sharing it is mainly to illustrate that the citizenry cannot find any established-outlet commentary on its claims.)
Overall, you can go to such videos, or to your niche websites, all you want, but officially, the widespread claims of Widespread Covidvax Harms is not a story.
And if you have but a smidgen of establishment imprimatur, including that of the conservative establishment, any attempts you might make to say it ought to be a story would probably result in your expulsion from the circles of the approved.
That is where things stand. And where they are likely to remain for decades.
Defeatism?
This is not defeatism, but honest acknowledgement of the situation we are in.
It is to say this is where our strategic calculations, made for our Heath Freedom Movement, and for the conduct of our own lives, must now begin from.
Once France had decisively fallen to the Nazis, Winston Churchill didn’t go around denying that fact, even if, sure, he began to point to the existence of De Gaulle and his Free French.
I understand that when one’s cause is a great one, in this case nothing less than bearing witness to several million deaths-by-injection, it is one’s duty to keep insisting that your opponents can never fully win.
For you know the truth is with you, that it has a way of coming out, and that, in the very rare cases where a Big Lie successfully fools humanity’s historians, God sees.
And that’s the same God who rules, and surprises.
Moreover, even within an atheist’s reasoning, it remains possible that this Suppression could collapse at any moment, due to one one viral video, one unforeseen event, or even, due to no discernible reason at all.
So no, we should never admit final defeat.
What 2025 Showed Us
That said, we must make some judgments, and draw some demarcating lines. In our case, that means admitting that a season in which we could imagine decent chances for persuasion’s success, at least with conservatism’s leadership class, has passed.
Thus, in the probabilistic and commonsense sense of what it is to know a social fact, we now know that:
those who chose the way of the Lie with respect to the Covidvax harms have become wedded to it,
and that
those are nearly all, as in 98% or higher, of our leaders, on both sides of the aisle and across all sectors.
Moreover, their suppression caters to reality-avoidance desires of probably 50-60% of the general citizenry.
And so, we also know this:
quite likely, we are to live the rest of our lives in a surreal civilization of denial.
If we insist on saying the truth out-loud, most everyone around us will ignore our witness, and hate us for it. The hatred and dismissal will be particularly strong from those who count as leaders of this new and degraded form of American civilization.

“Woah, Carl!” I can hear some of my fellow Covid dissidents say, “is it really that bad?” What about Kennedy and his lieutenants having the power they do?
Yes, there are still big developments possible due to hints, admittedly unclear at present, that under Kennedy’s authority researchers will conduct, or are already, studies to assess the aggregate effects of Covidvaxxes on the health of those who took them, compared to those who did not.1
But as I will explain in the third part of this essay, we can now tell that federal-agency developments of this sort, even if they mostly unfold in the way we want, are unlikely to deliver the only victory we really desire, which is Reckoning. Reckoning simply means that the full story is discussed, and that the editorial and political responses to the story are proportionate to its immensity.2
For we can now tell that our opponents—and the most tactically deadly to us are those within the G.O.P.-- will do anything to avoid that. For one thing, they know a Reckoning would involve some public examination of what our media and political class did not do, a class that included themselves.
My belief is that if Kennedy gives them a real run for their money, such that they are unable to outright prevent or spoil government-backed studies indicating the true width/depth of the Covidvax harms, they have been arranging things so as to pull a Big Downplay move—more on what that would be in part three.
Naming Names
With my limited time and lack of allies, I have not been able to deliver the i’s dotted and t’s crossed Suppressor Reports I once tentatively promised here. I apologize.
But what I pronounce in this post, in four categories, is not said without research. Besides being based on “now-and-then checking,” it is based on no contrary reports I am aware of among the Covidvax dissidents I regularly read, and on fairly extensive research—often involving tallies of stories—in 1 out of 6 of the cases. Moreover, while admitting that the pattern of conservative suppression is so predictable that I often rely on a general assumption of guilt wherever no obvious evidence to the contrary leaps out, any accused party may get me to happily correct what I say here if it is wrong about their case—all they need to do is to present evidence to the contrary, that is, links to published content (even skeptical but-both-sides-presenting content) on the Covidvax harms.
Guilty of Suppression:
Fox News, with special shame attaching to Ingraham and Watters, The Claremont Institute and its American Mind and Claremont Review of Books, The American Enterprise Institute, Vice-President J.D. Vance, Senator Mike Lee3 and every G.O.P Senator besides Ron Johnson, every G.O.P. Representative, nearly every G.O.P. governor, Ben Shapiro, Victor Davis Hanson, Mark Levin, The Bulwark, The Dispatch, Matt Walsh, Megyn Kelly, Amala Ekpunobi, Emily Jashinsky, Andrew Klavan, Benny Johnson, Candace Owens, The Officer Tatum, The Wall Street Journal, National Review, Commentary, The Daily Wire, The Daily Signal, Breitbart, National Affairs, Law & Liberty, City Journal, Reason, The New Right Poast, Auron MacIntryre, Rufo & Lomez, and the Powerline blog.
And here are the saddest examples: the small bio-tech and science-policy conservative journal The New Atlantis, charged to report on this by its very mission; Michael Anton, who should have emerged as the intellectual leader of populist-conservatism but who punted on this topic; Charlie Kirk, who despite our having seen a few countervailing signals with him and his underlings, such as TPUSA’s airing of McCullough Foundation advertisements, had remained basically mum up to his assassination; and finally, in a deep soiling of his legacy and directly against men like John Rich who warned him, President Donald Trump.
In addition to being America’s President, Trump is the leader of our coalition, and whatever we might say or debate concerning his work with and direction of Kennedy, he could have at any time in 2025 demanded that the coalition’s leaders in media and politics “attend to this matter.” Covidvax dissidents could have been invited into the Oval Office, and then to hold-forth to the press. But he did nothing. Thus, whatever the future reveals about his agency actions with Kennedy, in terms of his party actions and media actions, Trump is a key leader of the Suppression.
Guilty of Suppression, but with Some Conflicting Signs:
Blaze Media, Chris Bedford, The Federalist, Curtis Yarvin, and the Heritage Foundation.
Guilty of Being an Inadequate Truth-Teller:
Steve Bannon, Citizen Free Press, and Tucker Carlson. We can’t call these suppressors, as they, especially Bannon, did important reporting work on the Covidvax harms when it most counted, in 2022 and 2023. But we are obliged to notice how all three essentially dropped the topic during 2024 and 2025, and in Carlson’s case, how he kept distracting the conspiracy-interested side of the base towards, well, another issue.
The Truth Tellers:
And the real truth tellers? In national-level conservative politics, there’s really only Ron Johnson, though there are significant figures at the state-level. In conservative punditry/journalism, there’s Emerald Robinson, the Steve Deace crew, and Eric Metaxas, though troublingly, with Deace and Metaxas, I am noticing inadequate attention in general, especially over the last half-year.
The Depth of Our Defeat
But isn’t the above an exercise in absurdity?
Isn’t it myself acting like I’m some kind of prosecutor with authority, one who has more than a handful of persons listening to him? How can it fit with my also announcing that my side has decisively lost?
Besides, if the main battle’s been lost, why risk angering all the persons listed above, many of whom do wield real power?
A good response would be this: I’ve not announced the kind of defeat in which the defeated must now obey the victors, but rather, the kind that demands a radical shift in the manner of the fight.
So, to “no surrender!” and “never join the suppressors!” yes. Suppressors, you’d better get used to the fact that we’ll never heed your calls for silence, and we’ll be calling out your evil until our final breath.
But shifting the fight? How?
One of the greatest of the millennial-gen pop-music artists, Eli “Paperboy” Reed, once wrote a gospel-inflected song about how, when he couldn’t find a way, he had to make one.
But what if there is no way, other than that of being excluded and hated? Of being utterly ignored?
Say, do you hear that evil whisper?
(Did you see the original 12 Monkeys?)
“Maaybee…if a disaster happens in a nation, but no-one with reach admits it did, and most of the public goes along with this game of suppressing all mention of it, then it isn’t a disaster, but just some normal aspect of New Normality? Maybe, millions of deaths and millions of lies about them are just a standard background disturbance which goes with the system we all basically accept, like fatalities from automobile accidents?
Just as, when there were no animals with ears and brains present to register the vibrational waves of a tree falling in the forest which allow the mental phenomenon of sound, we’d rightly say there was no sound, if there were nearly no souls present in a society willing to voice their recognition of a disaster, we’d rightly say that, for the social organism in question, there was no disaster.”
There’s deadpan-faced Matt Walsh, Mr. Conservative. We could list all his accomplishments in the cause of defeating the Left. We could list them with sincerest admiration and gratitude. Indeed, if someone said to me, “Walsh is more based and brave than 19 out of 20 conservative leaders!” I think I’d agree.
But that’s what makes what I’m about to say all the heavier.
I say look at that image in the light of what I’m laying out in this post.
Its lips do not move, and there is no official Walsh statement about the Covidvaxxes. But what Walsh’s decision, week after week, and year after year, to provide no coverage of the claims of widespread Covidvax harms says loud and clear to us is:
“There was no disaster.”
There is no flinching. It is raw official authority saying what is what, and having the discipline to not respond to any protest you make about it.
That’s pretty chilling, for Walsh must know, by now, that there was a catastrophe with the Covidvaxxes. He professes, I assume sincerely, Roman Catholicism, and thus the authority of all the Bible’s and Catechism’s statements against mendacity, but on at least some issues, or this one, it is apparently the Party, and the interests of the Party, which determines the degree of reality which Walsh is willing to display on his platform. One cannot obey the God of truth (Ps. 31:60) on everything.
“That’s unfair! You’re putting words Walsh never said into his mouth!”
Is it? Obviously, I’m using Walsh’s stony image as a symbol for something bigger than himself, but I’ll remind you that around three times every week, through youtube and its formulas, Walsh puts his words in front of my eyes, and that NONE of the thousands of sentences he’s managed to deliver to me have contained the phrase “Covidvax harms,” or any equivalent.
And as obviously, my use of “Party” does not mean the G.O.P. proper, but whatever persuasion of conservatism Walsh judges is best, that is, whichever he judges necessary for the saving of American democracy. For it could really be the case that the correct articulation of conservatism, and the correct rhetorical selling of it to enough of the American voters, is the only thing on earth standing between us and a slide into a 21st-century totalitarianism. Being “True to Your Party” might really be that important these days.
That said, my use of the term is meant to allude to the kinds of truth-denials-for-the-sake-of-official-ideology Arthur Koestler once described in Darkness at Noon, with respect to the Communist Party.
Conservatism as Narrativism
This is where I believe we are. The right is so spooked—and many of its worst fears are justified—by the prospect of today’s left returning to across-the-board power over America, and by its repeated success in selling crude and lie-ridden narratives to enough voters, that it feels obliged to fight fire with fire, and thus to adopt at least some of the same techniques to implant a counter-narrative. Those techniques include insisting—in subtle but firm ways—upon “Party” adherence to the narrative.
The tactical evil of the Covidvax harms story, from this perspective, is that any open investigation of it would too strongly threaten main narrative lines which large majorities have already bought, and in the rather personal way of most of them having taken the vaccines. One has to have the discipline to bring the right amount of challenge to the mainstream (Left-implanted) narrative, and at the right time; thus, one must not to be too insistent on the actual truth, nor upon the right of the public to open journalism.
I am not an anti-political type. I defend many uses of rhetoric and party-platform in republican politics as ethical acts. I am not one to denounce a Cicero, a Burke, or a Lincoln from some height of philosophic or Christian purity. I understand that rhetoric always involves hyperbole, selectivity regarding what is discussed, and that it at times inches up to or crosses the line into deception, a line not as easy to define as we’d like.
But we are entering into radically new ground. We have a Democratic Party that has utterly surrendered to the spirit of Narrativism, brushing aside all warnings some us tried to issue back in the day against this Lakoff-ian way. The result is a Party and a set of allied establishments, such as the Legacy Media establishment, that lie about every topic under the sun, and even engage in Stalinist-like denials of patent truth as loyalty tests, as has been most visible in their talk on transgenderism and on Biden’s immigration policy.
But conservatism’s reconciling itself to the Suppression of the Covidvax Story shows it is getting itself mired in Narrativism. It is accepting techniques that go well beyond standard rhetoric, strategy, and party-loyalty. Take the shabby effort of many conservatives this fall, with Walsh among them, to deploy don’t-talk-about-that techniques at the start of the Fuentes/Carlson affair. That illustrates that the pattern developing here will not and cannot stop with the Covidvax issue.
And remember, Ben Shapiro, who delivered a genuinely moving speech against that shabbiness, is himself a suppressor of the Covidvax harm story.4
Don’t fool yourself—things really are this bad.
Consider the degree of absurdity involved here.
We, the G.O.P. base, know that something horrible happened with the novel meds, something even Crime-against-Humanity-level horrible. Conservative editor and suppressor (but I repeat myself) Chris Bedford let the mask slip this August when he said that everyone he knows talks—behind closed doors—about how near-every family’s been touched by the Covidvax harms (4:06 of this vid; see my commentary). And most fundamentally, the evidence collected by the dissidents is overwhelming (see the footnotes to my Claremont piece). No-one in conservative leadership offers to refute the main lines of this evidence, or to find an expert who will try to. They instead just refuse to cover it.
The stony visage of conservative leadership stares down upon us, and while it says nothing with its lips, ever-protecting itself in plausible deniability, we can see it loud and clear in the eyes: we are not talk about this.
We are not being asked to overlook a few little tricks with numbers on some complicated policy issue, or to accept some deliberately vague phrasing in party-platform language, or to downplay some lie some important figure in our coalition has been caught in this month, but rather, to quash discussion of something which in many of our cases, took the lives of or injured family members and friends, or which injured ourselves! To quash discussion of (and research on) something which many of us now have long-term personal health concerns about!
This stance surely must collapse at some point, due to the sheer and ever-mounting weight of its absurdities, contradictions, and deceptions, right?
Right?
I’m sorry, my readers, but the whole point of this piece is force us to realize that if the conservative leadership participation in this Suppression has survived as long as it has now, and even past the golden opportunity to abandon it offered by 2025, its collapse may never come.
I have to force myself, and force you, to realize that all probable reasoning now points to these leaders attempting to maintain this group-lie for the rest of their lives, and succeeding.
I pray to God against that, but I understand that we must now proceed as if that is the most likely outcome.
We would be lying to ourselves, and hobbling ourselves, to keep assuming with the comforting maxim, that on this issue the truth will out.
Tell it to a North Korean or Cuban.
No, the truth does not out itself, but requires actions from those who will fight for its telling. And a sober review of how things turn out for such fighters in modern times does not usually predict happy endings.
It is very hard for genuine conservatives to admit what follows from all this: near-all our leaders, even the ones we have most admired and learned the most from, are scoundrels, total cynics, or cowards.
In the last case, they are cowards who let themselves be led by scoundrels and cynics.
And what 2020s scoundrel-ism and cynicism issues in is disturbingly close to the patterns of totalitarianism.
My deepest charge, again, is that our leaders are transforming conservatism into Right Narrativism.
Its 2025 victory over genuine conservatism in the Covidvax area has been near-total, such that its members can laugh to scorn the claims against them from tiny lonely me, and especially, my implicit claim to be one of the few still standing for the real item.
Our Surreal Reality
This has none of the comfort of a dystopian novel we get to read and then close, and none of the more-limited and grim satisfaction we conservatives receive when we read an account of how communism operated in practice.
Rather, this is happening right now. To us. With the villains being our own leaders we still have all kinds of respect for, and with them very decisively winning.
Recall all those slogans I assume you loved about standing up for the truth no matter what.
Remember those moments when you thrilled at them in speeches, in songs, and in Big Moral Moments on the screen?
Well, we’re about to see how little they do for us when the struggle is not a close-run thing, but when the side of right is losing big-time.
And as long as I’m tugging your hearts back to movies and such, do let your head see it: those of us who insist on the truth are going to being cast into the role of madmen.
(Enter, stage left: five Hectoring Covidvax Obsessives, in rags)
And we are going to be invited to take on—albeit on our own initiative—the role of the misanthrope, the Timon of Athens-type: “Curse Athens! Damn America! To Hell with Conservatism! Curse God and Die!”
(Our turning to the worthy life of monasticism would suit our opponents nearly as well, though it would involve the discomfort of their knowing that some in the world remain intensely focused on the God who ties his name to truth.)
Well, I’ve said enough to indicate why in part two I’ll be taking things in a more personal direction.
For, while “What Now?” after a defeat as abject as 2025’s is naturally a question for a movement (part three), before we get to that, it is also a question for the course of our own lives.
I am aware there is a debate within Covid-dissident circles on whether the evidence suggests these kinds of studies are underway, but I have tired of trying to keep-up with it, and with the connected debates on whether Kennedy has betrayed us or has been boxed in. I’ll just say that it is a scandal that someone who follows Covidvax issues as regularly as I do can’t readily say what Kennedy has promised on this. If you are aware of links that will immediately settle that issue, at least, please provide them in the comments.
Our end-goal is a Reckoning—this note sketches what that would consist of. First and foremost, it would be an exploration of the full story in the main media outlets, or at least, in those like Fox which conservatives or real centrists control. In tandem with this, we would see a loudly-touted G.O.P. political effort to bring to justice the tens of thousands of government- pharma- and hospital- employed malefactors guilty of not sounding the alarm on the Covidvaxxes. I mean justice within the bounds of what existing laws allow, but also with efforts to make those bounds wider.
A Reckoning about the Covidvax Catastrophe would thus be connected to one about NIH, HHS, DOD and intelligence agency involvement in the Gain of Function Scandal which led to the creation of the Frankenvirus, and another regarding their coordination of the foul lockdown/propaganda policy response to its escape. It would certainly also involve extended investigation of whether any secret group of scientists and leaders intentionally put features into the Covidvaxxes, or into batches of them, which they knew would result in hard-to-trace mass deaths and fertility drops. These efforts would be connected to the underway one to undo the corruption of science with respect to regular (i.e., real) vaccines, and the too-extensive schedule of them, for we know the corrupt methods used to cover-over the link b/t autism (and other harms) and the vaccine schedule, that is, to silence all who pointed to the troubling evidence, were the same methods relied upon to push the 2020-2022 madness.
By the end of a genuine Reckoning, nearly all the nation except a 10-30% leftist rump of pathological denialists, would admit at least these basic facts: the Covidvaxxes were the greatest medical foul-up ever, they killed several million persons world-wide, and many of the deaths and injuries could have been avoided, had those charged with protecting the public at CDC, FDA, HHS, at the hospitals, etc., sounded the alarm in time.
Calls for radical legislative changes, even constitutional changes, so as to permit subjecting persons like Anthony Fauci, Deborah Birks, Albert Bourla, and Rochelle Walensky to criminal trials, would become common. Many in the public would also understand, though this would be a more contested aspect of the Reckoning, that a lesser but still heavy degree of guilt lies upon most in the media, and most in national-level political office.
During a real Reckoning, photos of the Hirschman Clots would become seen by everyone, and stories trying to learn whether permanent damage to the human genome has occurred would be widely published. You would turn on the most mainstream of channels, and you would see them interviewing the likes of Steve Kirsch, Jessica Rose, Nicholas Hulscher, etc.
That is our goal, my fellow Covidvax-dissidents. Not some barely-forced-through banning of these toxic meds which five-sixths of Americans already shun, with said ban to be presented amid coordinated downplaying from the media, the GOP, and Trump’s minions.
Of the 88 press releases Mike Lee issued in 2025, none of them, judging by their headlines, addressed the Covidvaxxes in any way shape or form. Dips into 2024 reveal the same pattern.
I put a few comments to this effect on Shapiro’s yt vids also, and FWIW, one follower of his responded by claiming that actually, he has talked about the Covidvax catastrophe; and yet, this commenter did not respond to my subsequent request for links.
