Notes on Conversations about Dostoyevsky's The Idiot

We are half-way through Part II of Dostoyevsky’s novel The Idiot, and we will finish Part II and discuss it next Wednesday. (see my previous posts on our reading here and here) We had a delightful conversation tonight, and I learned many new things about Dostoyevsky and this book.

For example, I learned that The Idiot is very autobiographical in some way…
